We have done each part of this before.

Backed by decades of experience at the crossroads of capital markets, corporate communications and technology, our team knows first-hand the challenges IR professionals face. WHY WE BUILT IT

We have sat in the IR seat, and we have built the software behind it.

We are not a video company that discovered investor relations. Between us we have run IR at listed companies, trained IROs on digital disclosure, and built two communications platforms that reporting teams already use.

We have been on your side of the desk

Serge has run IR at Flow Traders and CM.com and was named AScX IR Professional of the Year in 2024. He knows what results week actually costs, because he has spent it answering the phone rather than commissioning video.

We have built this category before

Bart co-founded VIDDIX and Presspage, taking enterprise communications software from first customer to international scale. SurgeIR is the third time he has built for this buyer.

We went first, not second

Serge was the first IRO in the Netherlands to publish investor communications using an AI-generated video presenter — before it was a category, and while the questions were still being asked in public.

We teach this, publicly

Bart trains IR professionals on digital disclosure through the Euronext Academy and writes on where IR and technology meet.

VISION
  1. Investor Relations is structurally underdigitised.
  2. AI is reshaping how markets interpret information.
  3. IR teams must do more with less.
  4. Technology should power IR, not complicate it.
